Who doesn’t enjoy discussing a piece of artwork? We all see art differently, and want to share our views. This is evidence enough to use art in Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DE&I) strategies. The focus around DEI, typically peaks following a newsworthy, global incident. More recently, DEI has been front and centre of corporate agendas.

So, introducing Show Room, developed with diverse individuals in mind, we believe provides DEI teams with the initiative – to use art to help bridge the gap. We bring the Show to you and transform your space into, a vibrant Show Room. A safe space, created for diverse employees to mingle and form meaningful connections, and to feel valued.

Show Room, is an enriching cultural event that celebrates diversity and actively promotes dialogue and reflection. You can foster engagement, by showcasing artworks created by artists from diverse backgrounds, with integral understanding. A powerful process, that brings together the richness of different cultures and enables the exchange of different perspectives on cultural values, through those connections.
